The contact form sends your name, email, optional organization, chosen participation role, message and update preferences to Formspree for delivery and handling. We use your message to review your inquiry and respond.

Research and product updates are optional. Pool participation announcements are a separate choice. You can contact us to stop updates or request access, correction or deletion of information you submitted.

Please do not send patient records, identifiable clinical details, passwords or wallet recovery phrases through these forms.

The site remembers your motion preference in your browser. It also keeps the decorative swarm’s position in session storage so movement can continue between pages. These features do not store your message or care information.

Cloudflare delivers this website and may process connection and request information, such as IP addresses, to operate and protect its services. External links have their own data practices.

Care enrollment, deposits and wallet transactions are not available here. The proposed healthcare system’s rules for private care evidence are described separately in the whitepaper.
